The Council is a registered charity in England and Wales, number 1195197, governed by its trustees and supported by staff and volunteers.
Chairman
Raj Mehta is Cabinet Member for Inclusion, Engagement, Equalities and Civic Pride at Telford & Wrekin Council. He served two Mayoral terms at Telford & Wrekin Council, in 2018/2019 and in 2022/2023, and was appointed Chair of the Interfaith Council at its first official meeting in September 2019.
